FreeFCC is a utility for DJI drone operators. Many regions limit drone transmission power by default. This software modifies local controller settings to allow the use of FCC mode. This mode increases signal range in areas where your specific hardware supports it. We do not use servers, we do not require licenses, and we do not track your activity.

💾 Getting Started

Follow these steps to set up the software on your Windows computer.

1. Visit the download page: Go to the official release page to access the latest version.
2. Obtain the file: Look for the latest file ending in .exe. Click the file to start the download to your computer.
3. Prepare your controller: Power on your DJI controller. Connect the controller to your Windows computer using a high-quality USB-C cable.
4. Run the program: Open the downloaded file. Windows might display a security prompt because this is a custom tool. Select "Run anyway" if the system asks for permission.

Once you open the software, verify the green status indicator confirms your controller is connected. If the software does not detect your controller, unplug the cable at both ends and plug it in again. Select the option to unlock FCC mode. The screen will display a progress bar. Wait until the process finishes. Do not unplug the cable while the process runs. After completion, close the program and disconnect your controller. Your controller is now ready for use.
